Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus liabilities.
The following sections shall survive termination of a Member's account and these Terms: Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 9 (Intellectual Property), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 12 (Governing Law).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to empire88's operating jurisdiction.
